See you tomorrow!!

We can hardly wait to see everybody tomorrow!!

We will be setting up the hall in the morning.

The school will be open for tours from 1 to 3.

We will have some limited Leask High School merch (as the kids call it now) available for purchase.

We will have coffee, water, etc and snacks at the hall.

We will be taking photos of everybody to put on the blog .... many of the people that couldn't come have expressed how much they would appreciate seeing pics of everybody.

Lorraine has brought a karaoke machine....I (Murray) promise not to sing.

Last reminder that is you are bringing any alcohol into the Hall it must have been purchased in SK and you have to have your receipt for the purchase.

That's all I can think of right now...it's going to be great!

Here Are the Pics from 2025 Reunion!! (and 2024 as well)

It was so great seeing everybody meeting up with old friends! As promised, the pics that I took are available at the link below: 2025 Pics It is a large file - 1.5gb. All the pics are inside a zip file. Move the file to the location where you want the pics, double click and it should decompress and create a folder with all the pics inside. (At least, that is how it works on my Mac....and I would expect Windows machines to handle it in the same fashion.) The pics for the 2024 Reunion are in the zip file linked below: 2024 Pics 2024 file is smaller - 651 mb. All the best to everybody!! Karen, Lorraine and Murray

Hello Leask Classmates and Teachers from 1969-70-71

Just before covid disrupted all our worlds some of the 1970 class were discussing having a reunion. Needless to say that idea was derailed until just before Christmas 2023 when a few people revived the idea. We soon decided to expand and include folks from 1969 and 1971 as well as 1970. Greetings from the Reunion organizers.  We are making pretty good headway getting in touch with people and are very happy that so many people are confirming they will attend. Our starting point for inviting people were the people in Grade 12 in 1969, 1970 and 1971. Then we started thinking of people to invite that were in that age group but who may have moved away or gotten into the work force early. We have booked the Legion Hall and a caterer. Here is the plan so far: Date - June 22, 2024 Location - Leask We will start by having people check in at the Legion Hall about 1 pm. We will have coffee and other refreshments at the Hall. Lorraine Benson (Bittner) and Karen Campbell (Barber) are planning v...
